Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our items are made to order or personalized, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Many of our items are made to order, which allows us to ensure quality and attention to detail with every purchase. If you need an order by a certain date please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use trusted shipping carriers (DHL, OnTrac and USPS) and provide tracking information once your order ships. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. If you need Express Mail Rush shipping for your order please contact us for a quote.
